As for the lame AR nuke. Listen here's
AR 101 for nukers. This is 4:3 letterboxed
the AR 4:3 is perfectly fine. Now a bad example
of AR would be say a SVCD encoded at 16:9 (not 4:3
letterboxed..dont get them confused just cuz its
letterboxed doesnt mean its 16:9) You could argue
its cropping is off. If you want to. But its a
CAM...and going on the real SCENE rules. Not the
"lets find a reason to nuke rules" as
a cam there's no mention of ratios other than it being
a compliant 4:3 352x240 MPEG 1..which it is. Anyway
try watching it on a TV and not a monitor.
