A look back at the daring 1976 raid by Israeli commandos to rescue 105 Jews
and Israelis who were being held hostage at the Entebbe airport in Uganda.
The Israelis were traveling aboard an Air France flight from Athens when
militants hijacked the plane. As it turned out, the Ugandan dictator Idi
Amin was aiding the Palestinians. We'll see how the force of less than
500 Israelis penetrated Uganda, perpetrated the raid, and lost only one
man in the encounter.
