As the Home Office announces plans to offer drug treatments to child sex
offenders to try to stop them re-offending, this shocking and honest
film examines the legal castration of child sex offenders in the USA, in
a bid to rehabilitate them. Filmed in several US maximum-security
hospitals and prisons for the most dangerous offenders, the film talks to
four men who believe castration, whether chemical or surgical, is the
only solution to their deviant behaviour.
