Synopsis:
Shaolin Kung Fu proselytizer Stephen Chow unites with a very
washed up soccer star to assemble the ultimate underdog soccer team
(think "Seven Samurai" meets "The Matrix" meets "The Waterboy").
Combining conventional sportsmanship with ancient martial arts,
they will show their soccer rivals ("The Evil Team") that they're
not to be trifled with.
This film was by far the highest-grossing in Hong Kong this
summer (2001), and many consider it Stephen Chow's best work--and his
best chance to date at appealing to American audiences. The film
features digital effects by brilliant HK workshop Centro Digital
Pictures (Andrew Lau staple), and features a little something for
everyone.

Group History:
Established during the Summer of 2000, Hongkong-movies
(HkM) is a dedicated entertainment group who interested is to
enhance the experience of Asian entertainment. HkM originated
from irc-Dalnet and has expanded over to irc-Efnet in early 2001
to reach a larger audience. We are actively involved in spreading
asian movies. We regularly distribute high quality releases in Divx
format to encourage others to buy the original after previewing the
film. Our hopes are to spread and promote various asian films.
We allow users to chat through mIRC and message boards to voice
opinions of movies in hopes to bring new ideas and ultimately
improved films. We hope to broaden the horizon of all those who
