Holly and Calvin, a young couple from Iowa move to New York filled with
optimism to become actors. Panic-stricken to find a place to live, they
move in with the excentric Aunt Agatha, who has a cheap one-room apart-
ment in a nice neighbourhood. Just as things are looking good Agatha
dies and Holly and Calvin need to find out a way to keep the apartment.
