Synopsis:
In the ”not-too-distant future” a Naval officer (Jeong Woo Seong)
executes his commanding officer after he violated government orders.
Rather than being the recipient of government honors, the young man
faces a firing squad; or so it seems. Much to his surprise, the
officer awakens in the dark confines of a dreary little room. What
awaits is a top-secret project that, officially, doesn’t exist, and
like his mission; neither does he. He will be known simply as “431,”
and the wife and son he loved are but a memory. So says First mate
”202” (Chae Min Su), a stoic figure whose eyes lie yonder to what
will be their new home: a submarine simply known as “Phantom”.

enhance the experience of Asian entertainment. HkM originated
from irc-Dalnet and has expanded over to irc-Efnet in early 2001
