E01 - A Tale of Two Springfields - S12E02 [BABF20]

When Bart discovers a badger has taken up residence in Santa's Little
Helper's doghouse, Bart and Lisa try to lure him out. After consulting
WhatBadgersEat.com and Homer, they decide to call animal control. Dialing
the number, Homer runs into trouble when it turns out the area code for
half of Springfield has been changed. After Phoney McRingRing and other
executives fail to quell the town's fears, area code and class rivalries
split Springfield in two. And when Homer becomes mayor of New Springfield,
his plan to build a wall between the two towns doesn't solve any problems.
The Who might be the only thing to bring the two towns together again.
E02 - Homerpalooza - S07E24 [3F21]

Homer gets grungy when he becomes a sideshow performer at Hullabalooza,
an alternative rock festival that features Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins,
Cypress Hill and, uh, Peter Frampton. Homer's performance consists of
using his enormous gut as a target for cannonballs, which makes him a huge
hit with the pierced and tattooed Hullabalooza crowd. It also gains him
the respect of his kids, who finally think that their dad is cool. When a
doctor tells Homer that he is causing permanent damage to his internal
organs, Homer must decide between his newfound acclaim as a sideshow freak
or long-term health. Luckily for all, Homer chooses the latter, and leaves
the life-threatening stunt to someone else.
E03 - Homer's Barbershop Quartet - S05E01 [9F21]

While flipping through records at a flea market, Bart and Lisa discover an
album by the Be Sharps, a barbershop quartet comprised of Homer, Barney,
Apu and Principal Skinner. As Homer recounts the story, it is clear that
the Be Sharps saga is a classic tale of four men who rise to the top of the
entertainment business, only to find that the demands of fame and success
destroy their friendships and strain their love for their art. After telling
his kids all about the band, Homer gets nostalgic and the Be Sharps reunite
for one last concert on the roof of Moe's Tavern.
E04 - Otto Show - S03E22 [8F21]
Original Airdate: 4/23/92
After seeing Spinal Tap bring the house down (sort of) in concert, Bart
decides he wants to learn how to play electric guitar. Playing is harder
than Bart thought and he becomes dejected when he sees what a guitar god his
bus driver, Otto, is. Because he was too busy jamming with Bart's guitar, Otto
arrives late to school and is fired until he can get a new license from the
DMV. With no job and no prospects, Otto is thrown out of his apartment and is
forced to live in the Simpsons' garage until he can get his job back. Based on
their mutual dislike for Homer, Patty approves Otto's new license and Otto is
allowed to drive the school bus again.
