So long as you don't have a Pioneer 105...

Which is why I bought an NEC.

Now I'd like to thank NS and his ass.

I used bulkpaq platinum for a long while but got a duff batch and ended up with 200 coasters. So I dug a bit deeper in my pocket and bought(and am still buying) Taiyo Yuden x8 full printables had no problems at all (only user error coasters).

I use a NEC 2510A which I have never used to its dual layer capacity, but it rocks. There are sites that specifically test drives and tell you which are good and which media work with the devices. Not sure if I'm allowed to post the site, so just do a search engine thing.

More family than friends.

I have built a fairly large personal collection. I mostly enjoy various TV series, new and old. I won't watch TV because of commercials. I HATE COMMERCIALS! Probaly befcause I have the attention span of a guppy.

my laptop haS a sony x16 burner that i never use, cos its shit. incompatibility issues.

NEC 1000A on the pc. Old as fuck, x2.4 burn, but never let me down...when it dies, its gonna be another NEC.

As for media, was using grade A ritek silvers from rambox, 25 gbp for 100 spindle. Superb discs, G04 dye, superb, never 1 bad burn, but the fuckers at rambox charge a fortune in pstage (UK).

now trying out memorex and TDK, both seem fine for DVD and console compatibilty, and will probly go for the TDK's from now on!
