Been waiting 4 this 4 ages thx
From Sample
Great quality, as to be expected from a telecine, prehaps a tad bit dark, sound is spot on though
8/10/3
yep quality on this release looks great about 9/9/7 took its time gettting up on vcdquality though
boy i love TCs Chakra and TUN keep em flowing. Great release wish i would have skipped the TS and watched this one. Great pic, great sound - will hold you over till retail.
8/8/7
8/8/5
8/9/shit
horrible movie good quality. All props out to tun for the tc, but i wouldent waste my bw downloading this shit, i already wasted 10$ at the theater.
Video=8 (a bit dark slight pixelation during fast scenes)
Audio=9 (great cant complain)
I noticed that at the beginning when the credits are running I think when The Producers name comes up, it's kinda cut off through his name. Does that means it's over cropped? Something you guys might wanna discuss i dunno. But as you say, very good quality and sound throughout. 8.5/9/8. Had a kinda "The Ring" Feel about it, that reminds me, thats out soon.

coulors a bit washed & pic a bit grainy think tun need to ask chakra how to encode telecline
8/9/7
TUN have one hands down on this one. the chase is over here as this will be hard to beat till retail. TUN, you don't half surprise us with these telecines. great effort !!!

Absolutly BEAUTIFUL pitcure and sound! The mpg looks like a dvd! the only flaw is the widescreen. Have to deduct a point for that so no perfect score.This is just my type of movie, I love ghost movies. Michael Keaton did a wonderful job in this role! I can't believe this is a TUN !! 9/10/10
::EDIT:: You DEDUCT points for 16:9? /me weeps for the future
- Neversoft::I failed to mention that the wide screed seems overcropped on the top and bottom. (Resason for the deduction) As for the 16:9, as you can see by the amout of posts I've made, I am kind of new at this. Not sure what all the ratio's are. From reading the other posts and seeing the score this pitcure got from others memebrs, there must not be many Michael Keaton fans out there. I guess either you wil love this one or hate it.
9\9\?
Nothing bad to say about this. BEST version I've seen so far. Great job TUN. Didn't watch the headless version all the way through. Finally I'll get to see if this flick is as bad as some people say.

very good telecine audio and video are as good as always. Movie itself is pretty good; wife enjoyed it anyway which is a bonus as it stops her nagging
8/9/7
Nice pic and sound, good film and still pleased to see a tc even after this long, nice1 tun.
9/9/8

ENJOY!!
From Watching the Entire Release
Video - Is very nice work from TUN, this is overall a quality piece of work that is far and away the best rls so far of White Noise and will hold off till retail.
Colors are very good and are not washed out and contain very little bluish tinge as seen with some TC's. However the darker scenes (particularly towards the end) are pretty dark and hard to make out.
This rls is indeed cropped for certain along the bottom - the opening title sequence reveals cut off credits - and maybe along the top too, a few senes of tops of heads missing. However this is no major detriment to an otherwise fine picture quality!
Audio - Very crisp and clear (needed to be for this film with the amount of raspy ESP noise that is central to the plot) so props to TUN for that. Did notice a few moments where the sound seemed to cut for a second or two, before rejoining without a problem - this may have jst been my copy?
****SPOILERS HERE IN****
A good premise for this film and ghostly revelations meant i was looking forward to some nice creepiness. White Noise does indeed deliver this, containing many disturbing moments involving ESP via both sound and even via video on TV. Micheal Keaton's performance is good, as an audience member you can feel the emotion of his struggle to gain contact with his dead partner.........but he could do with having more than two facial expressions imo. Ending is also a bit choppy and pieced together, and pretty more leaves you feeling 'where the hell did that come from?'
Basically a so-so flick, some may like others will hate.
****END OF SPOILERS****
Overall nice work from TUN, thanx for an excellent copy that will hold anyone off till retail

at last its here good quality all round on this release
8/9/7
good quality... A few spots where it loses audio briefly... and um movie sucked. Seriously, I remember what Ebert said about this and its ALL TRUE. 2 Hours of stairing at static on a tv waiting for something meaningful to happen. It was sheer ludicracy and stupid. I could have made a better movie, filming the highway and cars passing buy, and saved them the budget ( which i bet was like 100,000 grand). Cant cost too much to set up a few imacs, hire some monkeys to edit it, and film damn static on a tv. My 2 cents.
Anarchy's DVD-R release (which still isn't listed here) is cropped the same as this one. It has 5.0 surround. Wonder what happened to the LFE track?
nice release TUN! was kinda expecting a dodgy movie here, what with all the negative reviews, but turned out to be a pretty good film, watched it through the a/v 5.1 amp which makes all the screams, the creaks, and the bangs so much more to the movie, which by the way, the audio on this release is spot on, as for the picture, the same, no problems.
i dont know if anyone else noticed, might of been just me, but the audio went silent about 5 or 6 times, for about 1-2 seconds at time? didnt take anything away from the movie at all, as it wasnt over any dialouge? me and the missus have been waiting for this for a while now, and until retai, you wont get better, so....
9/9/7.5
what the hell was the ending about????????l
Well its wot you would expect from a TC, great audio - i have full release but aint watching it myself for parents
so im not sure about it losing sound in places...the video is good, movie i thought was ok bit boring in places tho

video a tad dark and blotchy in a few spots, audio was really good except for the few moments of silence as mentioned in an ealier post, movie, well, somewhat predictable in parts, choppy in others, probably could have been better but was an ok flick.
v=7
a=7.5
m=6.5
Just checked this movie out finally because I've been waiting for a decent release that I could obtain.
Nice Video, Little Dark In Some Scenes, Other Than That, Right-On, Clear, No Blur, Very Minor Pixelation (If Even Noticeable), Movie Was Pretty Interesting, Good Concept.
8/8/7.5
Keep Em' Coming TUN.
manorpaul is right, 5 or 6 times the audio does disappear for 2 seconds, but it does not matter as it happens in scenes where thers no dialogue anyway. Video nice, Audio nice, movie was good to start with, then turned into just plain confusing ........... TUN are doing great with these TC's
9/9/6.5
