*** PEOPLE IGNORING THE RULES WILL BE BANNED ***

To DEiTY: Perhaps you guys should read the rules that you signed before releasing a pointless proper/dupe. The xvid releasing standards for 2005 specifically state that the MINIMUM runtime for a FILM source is 105 minutes per CD. Since you guys don't seem to understand what this means we will explain it to you. In order to use 2 CDs the runtime must be greater than 105 minutes. In the rare case that you think you might need 3 CDs the runtime must be greater than 210 minutes. Nowhere in the standards does it mention a maximum runtime per CD. While the rules may allow for the usage of 1 or 2 CDs we still feel that 1 CD is the appropriate choice for this movie. This movie doesn't contain alot of action and it compresses very well. If it had been an action movie or didn't compress very well we would have gone with 2 CDs. Please take this into consideration next time before
wasting everyones bandwidth ....
They are right, but, but its strange to nuke a version which looks and sounds much better, and i pay no attention to half the rules as they tend to favour bandwith over quality.
If you have a decent TV and audio setup then this is the one to get, video is better and sound is much better, it might not have action, but it has a great soundtrack which is wasted on the Diamond release.
9/9/7
If you favor quality over bandwidth, you should get the DVDR. XViD is a compression, so it's meant to save bandwidth and losing (a bit) in quality.
If you favor cd's over dvd's then xvid is for you
Rip Looks good
9/9/??
Although can someone tell me what everyone is on about the 1CD 100minutes thing and all this ? i Dont get it

Not always true about the quality, it is mostly, but not always.
XviD is a superior compression format, compared to mpeg2, and most DVD5 copy's, so are compressed even further than a retail DVD, so its possible the XciD could look better, very rarely is though as most groups smooth everything off too much, and XviD still has a problem doing blacks properly.
Why the hell would someone favour CD's over DVD's, apart from when using music, mb for mb they are more expensive, and i peronally stopped buying then ages ago.
If you have decent Internet, and want the best quality video and sound, as this is Dolby EX 5.1 on this movie, then this is the best non-dvd release.

aye...very nice release based off the first disc....

AC3 sound is fine by me, no reason to flame this group.

encoding software is the equivalent of The 404 going on a diet and walking thru the door. takes longer and sometimes more skill, but ultimately worth it.

scene rules state that if a movie is more than 105 minutes then the xvid should be made into 2CDS (app. 1.4GB) and if it's less than 105 minutes then the rip should be 1CD (app 700MB).
this movie is around the 115min mark i think so thats prolly what all the fuss is about
Nice rip , i saw all 3 versions "FS-WS" and this is the best one .
