-- Any excercising buffs out there? (http://www.vcdhq.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=83035)
Any excercising buffs out there?
started a running routine, but i found that my lower calf of both legs lets me down...(burning sensation) and it often prevents me from going on even though im not tired..
any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Use the stairmaster instead, excellent cardio workout from it and less stress on the legs than running.

Few questions for ya.
Have you just started running? are you doing any warmup or stretches? Are you running uphill when you set off before you get the burn?
Calf raises might help ya.
