avatars again!!

i found a cool avatar but it's over the size limit..How do i shrink the file size. And sorry for two different threads, but i closed out the other thread.

also is there a way i can just take the avatar off the internet and download it and then upload it from my computer?

Right click , save picture as , open in ms paint ,right click , select all , resize to 125x125. Alternatively post the pic here and i or someone will do it for you.

Even someone as retard as me wouldnt actually post anything like what you 2 are jabbering on about.

It was a couple of twinks, they told me they was 18 before I took the picture!!!

I searched google for twinks, its off the 2nd or 3rd link down, have a look (although you proberbly already have the sites bookmarked)

okay does anyone know how to resize an avatar from 193kb to under 80? I tried gif works and some resize software called ImRe
