ps lol i never called you a troll. as a troll i tend to set some pretty high standards for that and it requires a bit more than a few post with complaints, justified or not>

The site overally is well made in my opinion, can't complaint about it a lot, and when I/some people do it's for little things that could be better and if they won't change no big deal.

It's main purpose, release announcements could not be better. The "other" so-called-top-site of releases has 40% of what the front page of vcdquality has and the forum is well constructed in conjuction with the front page releases.

Most people wouldn't ask more.

i have tried with utter failure to explain to you that your idea of having a different message would NOT make the site better. it would create a security nightmare.

i have never ran a security assessment on vcdq, however, the quantity of users and the focus of the site would draw more than normal attempts upon it. i have been hopping around here for gosh i duno a year or so and have yet to see a public breech. that alone tells me that x69 and crew are on top of stuff far beyond what an average site on the net is.

if asked could i crack this site, i would have to answer i duno. i am up with a lot of folks who find and create exploits all the time and one thing i can tell you for sure, it would not be fast or easy. if they were to add such a page without some form of ssl and tight encryption, it would be a walk in the park and would likely take less than 2 hours.

you really would not want peeps with a shitty attitude like mine being able to take over a fun place like this would ya? imagine if your x69 shelling out bucks only to have that happen.

if you havent gotten the point yet, your not going to get it and you will remain only as smart as you are now. if you truely want to grow and think i am wrong, by all means, learn how to do what you seek and provide your security mesures and present it. i will eat crow if you can develop a security plan for say 20,000 users with say 10 newbies a day.
