"Pretty decent documentary"? Wow. That sure tells me how little people know about nutrition. Now, had Spurlock eaten 5000 calories a day at home, feeding himself greasy steaks, no one would care. They would go "If he's that stupid, he's got himself to blame. " But because of the mere fact that Spurlock chose to go to McDonald's and stuff himself full of more than twice the amount of calories a person needs and then deliberately choose not to do any workout or training (which is part of any healthy life), suddenly McDonald's is to blame? This is a publicity stunt and I'm actually suprised that McDonald's to my knowledge hasn't chosen to drag his arse to court.
But still, enough bitching about stupid americans (and the rest of the idiots that believe this shit). The quality of the release is actually very watchable. I think I'll collect this under "Comedy" and enjoy watching Spurlock's stupid arse over and over again, and laugh at him.
7/7/crap
