It's not a TC, because the picture quality is very nice, but not retail DVD cause no DVDR yet. How is the LUXURY release ? Does it still have the cigarette burns ?

Yip, found this out after fully watching it. LUXURY's is from the same source (and has the same cigarette burns). The rip, not matter how good it looks, is a Telecine, because cigarette burns indicate this by default, and the quality is too good for it to be a straight cam.

I still look forward to a retail DVD rip very soon. Retail DVD is like due out June 21, it must be just around the corner

edit - I can just imagine the Moderators of VCDQuality thinking "lol, n00bs". Honest mistakes though

If they splitted it up in 2cd (runtime is 110min says imdb) it could verry easily result in a nuke.

Interesting, no nuke here, and it's 2CDs - http://forum.vcdq.com/showthread.ph...d=63265#newpost

Well ive got this one, ant DEiTY 2CD rip. player both frame to frame on split screen. NOX rip is a little kinda darker, sound quality the same. But in fact i think there arent much difference in quality to download 2cd rip insted of this one. Unless you are a very big B.W. fan

Rating: 9/9/?

Firstly DEiTY's has 6 channels, NOX's has 2. Immediately there's a significant quality difference -- 6 channels as opposed to 2.

Video quality difference is significant between NOX's release and DEiTY's. DEiTY's is clearer and yes, it's brighter -- that's contrast, and is actually an effect of higher quality encoding by the codec, GeRieTiS.
