Yes I know this, but for Remuxing anything larger then one stream of 2.0 audio will error out either in Scenarist, DVDMaestro, or any other muxing program. And if you did by some chance mux it ok with 5.1 audio, then most DVD players will give you checkered effects during peak scenes.
So my 9800k method is pretty much fool-proof of finding transcodes.
