I have to say then i am glad i have never neededyou as a\v tech engineer then, because your ears sux lol.

This is definitely not the same source as cam, plenty of bass, no noticable sync errors. It does sound like its been run thru a lot of filters, but audio is def direct.

Being a somewhat mVs hater at times, i have to say that this is the copy to .
get, and can only assume that posters comparing this to the others must not be watching the mvs copy.

v = 9
a =8
m = 8.5 (liked it)

the one to watch

i have watched the ignite r5 and the audio was not great as stated was cam audio. mvs r5 on the other hand is better has alot more bass ect. do you boys ever convert the rls or watch the avi on a standalone, mvs rls did not sound great on my pc speakers with distortion on the loud parts of the movie. but when played on a standalone its actually not that bad and it does not distort at all. i am sure its is the same cam audio as ignites r5 but has been improved significantly.

Heh, look, there were 3 total official Scene releases and 1 P2P release. It's for sure the same video as they all have been. The audio is for sure the same audio as the TDM release, it's just been filtered. You can tell at all the marks the previous guy gave you (The person whistling in the background caused an actors words to get cut off slightly when edited out (And exactly where the audio starts)) are right on point. I have a degree in the recording arts. It's not that hard to notch filter out sounds and frequencies, and in this case it looks like a compressor/limiter was used as well, which is why a lot of you are getting "clipping" comming from your speakers. The Threshold was set wrong. I don't pretend to work in the industry, I work sound for myself, I master some local bands CD's in my home studio, nothing major, but I can tell you for sure this audio is just filtered cam audio from the TDM release. The iGNiTE release was horrible audio and I think everyone can agree here that it definitely was NOT iGNiTE's audio. BUT, the P2P version was also TDM's version Both Audio and Video Wise, also known as ITL2.0. I will wait for direct, untampered audio, perhaps a 5.1 AC3 will emerge ;-)

***For the record, to the guy that said "who cares where the audio comes from". They specifically state in their NFO that it's LINE audio, and it most certainly is NOT. So, those of us who want superior sound quality were LIED to. Hence the reason we feel the need to explain where the audio came from, so others who want good sound do not make the same mistake...***

Yeah i grabbed the pinter release aswell as this and agree with you, the pinter is much better (doesn't have the hiss - still cam though, has the whistling and people coughing)

This release

V 9 nice
A 6 constant hiss
M 7 Ok

I capture your hurt

Who gives a flying f**k where the audio comes from its listenable and watchable leave the squabbling to the kiddies.
9/7/7 props to mvs for this.I dont see any of the complainees volunteering to go to the pics armed with a camcorder and an mp3 recorder or whatever.

I just watched this the other night.
I have to say that i expected a little more from the movie itself. Also think they gave away too much in some perspectives too early.

Either way...

V: 9 (Visually Wonderful)

A: 5 (I played with the VLC equalizer it helped a little)

M: 7 (Writing and plot line was weak at times, though it was a great idea. I expected them to work the president as a little bit more of a main character. )
