I could stick my neck out and say the WiiKey because it seems less flakey for updating and isn't relying on 3rd parties for writing software for it... It might be a load of old shit though.
Tell you what... Why don't you buy another two Wii's, get all three chipped with different chips then come back and tell me which one to buy - otherwise, leave the country before I kick your cunt in.

If i could find another 2 Wii's it might be an option. The WiiKey is probably the best bet. i'll let you know how it goes,
I'm running the original WIinja, I haven't tried any non pal games, but I think I can run them after patching the .iso.
If I wasn't quite so eager though and I had the choice now, I'd probably go for the wiikey. But all 3 basically do the same thing so you can't go far wrong.

I'm using the Wiinja Deluxe and I must say it's been very good to me. I'm able to play all the ntsc games I want, although pal hasn't worked for me, I'm hoping there's a way around that.
Chipped mine on thurs. Used the Wiinja v2 clone hex and progged a 12f629, working great, using traxdata -r discs and burning @ 8x...
NS cant go wrong chippin these,very simple to take apart and install...buy a triwing screwdriver and some 30g wire and use this site http://modyawii.tehskeen.com/ for reference.
Has an excellent guide for taking apart your wii and where the different screws go back in.
All in all took me about 45 mins

I use the WiiKey and have no problems going online buying games not that i have to i just like how it works with the controls

I've got myself a WiiKey and the Datawrite DVD's are a bit iffy. Takes a few ejects to get them to run. I had a TDK +R laying about and used that and its been flawless but the only place I can get those is PC world for 20 quid for a pack of 10 (Rip off cunts!)
haven't had my wii chipped yet, but will say that i'm a fussy fucker when it comes to media.
My xbox is a fussy cunt like me, but i've found I cant go wrong with TDK's from APRMedia or silver topped Riteks from Rambox. In fact, although the tdk's are good, i'd still prefer the riteks. Not the cheapest, but superb discs.
£6.69 a pack but postage from svp.co.uk can be expensive so you only really save cash if you're ordering a fair bit.

Now... all i need is Super Paper Mario! I was going to grab the NTSC version but i'm a bit worried about it bricking my Wii. I have the latest FW so in theory it should be ok but i'm still wary...... I'm just going to grab Pal stuff to be on the safe side from now on!
I've actually temporarily undone mine, I've got mostly originals of what I want for now and I'm a bit worried about being banned from online play being I'm enjoying strikers.
Currently nothing is happening but it wouldn't take much for them to employ the same steps as Xbox Live did.
If I get bored of strikers and/or nothing comes of booting backups I'll solder the chip back on (wires still in place)
