there are other differences as well. first, UTi's version had a much bigger watermark, that filled half the screen. secondly, there's no telling that there will be an acadamy screener of this released. UTi probably didn't know that there were two versions of the dvdscreener available... it's the first scene release that i can think of that was like that (tho i could be wrong about that). in any case, yeah, if someone got ahold of a non-watermarked version, then a proper would certainly be in order, because let's face it, the watermark sucks. it's not like something that runs at the bottom of the screen a few times during the flick; we're talking about something in the middle of the screen throughout the whole movie. i mean come on, use some common sense here. of course a non-watermarked version would proper.
there aren't provisions in standard scene nuke 'rules' (or nuke tendencies i should say) on the issue, because the issue's a new one. but use your head, there is a *significant* difference between a flick that has a watermark running thru the middle of the picture during the whole movie, and one that doesn't.
any group who had that 8 mile dvdscr would have done the same as TCF, only most of them would have talked shit about UTi's version, rather than shown them the respect that TCF did. grow up.
