lol. so let me make sure I understand you fully. in a discussion about the audio quality of a release, your argument is that it sucks because it was nuked. rofl. and, what's more, that anything less than 224kbps audio is automatically poor quality simply because the "scene rules" say so. hehehe
I went and looked at t4l's other two releases. I was only able to find the Sample for the Internal "The Last Dragon". It was SVCD 192kbps audio and, surprise surprise, sounded fine. And remember, I watch in an auditorium with enormous, not-very-high-quality speakers. For "Jailhouse Rock", I got the whole XviD at 96kbps audio and, amazing, it sounded crystal. Probably because the movie was filmed in 1957 and a higher bitrate would have been pointless.
So far I have yet to *hear* any problems with these releases, despite the lower file sizes, though I can't be certain about that Last Dragon. /me waits and sees ...
